That screens give you an easy way to update the spells of a given domain/school. Selecting the domains will bring up the corresponding spells. The spell level displayed depends of your current character class, if the spell does not have a level for your current character class, -1 is displayed as the level.
Deities lists the gods affected to that domain.
Granted powers is a text field to describe the special powers that this domains gives the character.
The free skills field lists the different bonuses given to the character that have that domain.
