RPA provides many dice rollers to the Dungeon master
It enables you to throw a dice with a wide range of parameters. In the sample below, we throw 3 dices with 8 sides each and add a +3 to each dice.

In the result box, you see the 3 throws, a 2, 3 and a 7 for a total of 12, add 3 to each dice, this makes a total of 21.
Instead of adding a constant value, like 3, to each throw, you can also add a dice modifier. This principle is used in the Alternity game where you often throw 1D20 + d4.
Hitting the + button will open another dice roller window. So you can configure each window with different dice throwing parameters.
It could also be simpler to use the advanced dice roller, which is simply the same as the single dice roller but with the 6 most common dice throwing parameters already defined, see below:

The last but not the least dice roller, is the Party dice roller. It enables you to roll dices for the whole party.

With this roller, you can roll a listen check for your party and see who succeeded or failed.
In the sample, we rolled a DC15 listen check, only one character succeeded and it's Jesseca with a 19. She rolled a 16, and adds a +3 for the listen skill for a total of 19.
Zakafein failed with an 11 and Aldym also failed with a 10. Please note that Vili did not roll a dice because he is not checked(the X mark). You can include or exclude a character from a roll with the X mark, simply double click to enable it.
The same applies for an ability check, you can have the whole party roll a Strength check.
Hitting the "+" sign will open another dice roller window, which you can customize for another skill check used regularly (like listen or spot). There is not limit to the number of windows you can open, just the space on your desktop.
